We ensure every single individual cigar is inspected upon arrival from our manufacturer. We do our own labeling & boxing from our facility in Central Florida. We store our cigar blends in a low-light, clean + temperature & humidity controlled environment until an order is sent for processing. We then begin the process of hand selecting & assembling every cigar that is sent to you. Our samplers are sent in specially manufactured humidity controlled bags. We partner with Integra, a highly regarded USA-based manufacturer, to include 2-way humidity control packets in all shipments of our cigars. While we wish we could control every aspect of the process once our products are shipped, this is where time, temperature and human error can cause problems. We take great care in how we package our products prior to shipping.

As of December 2024 we have 2 house blends. One of the reasons we started this brand/store is because we were frustrated by what we perceived to be a degradation in quality and standards in the online retail space. While we are always seeking new partners, we are committed to not sacrificing quality as we grow. If we add more cigars to our store, we will only consider hard to source or limited supply brands from partners who have the same standards of care and quality that we do.

Drop shipping is a hands-off retail model where sellers avoid holding inventory by passing orders directly to third-party suppliers, often sacrificing quality control and brand ownership for convenience. We do not do this.

Every single item offered in our store is sourced independently, shipped to us in Central FL, stored in our own facility and then processed/assembled by our team. We have found [particularly with cutters, lighters/accessories] there has been a flood of low quality, impersonal products. We believe the cigar industry should have far more respect and reverence for these items.

Every product we offer is custom-made, sourced from a carefully curated network of individual suppliers. Some items, like our lighters, cutters, and boxing materials, are crafted in collaboration with our overseas partners, ensuring exceptional quality. Others, such as our leather cigar cases, are proudly handmade right here in the USA. All artwork is personally designed by me, the owner, with passion and precision. To bring these creations to life, we partner with a trusted printing and framing shop, also based in the USA. Our dedication to craftsmanship and authenticity is at the heart of everything we do.
